RESOLUTION NO. 978
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, GRANTING A
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT ON APPLICATION NO.
U.P. 68-261 OF BOY'S CLUB.
·
The. Planning Commission of the City of Tustin, California'
does resolve as follows:
1) The Planning Commission finds and determines:
a) That a proper application (No. U.P. 68-261)
was filed on behalf of the Boy's Club of
Tustin for a Conditional Use Permit to permit
construction of a club building and auxiliary
.facilities on property described on Exhibit A
attached hereto and incorporated herein by this'
reference. ~ ..
b) ~That a public hearing was duly called, noticed
and held on said application-.
c) That said use would not be detrimental to the
health, safety, morals, comfort and general wel-
fare of.the persons residing or working in the
neighborhood and it will not be injurious or
detrimental to the property and improvements in
the neighborhood or the general welfare of the
City.
d) That said use permit should be granted.

'2) A Conditional Use Permi{ is hereby granted, as
i
applied for, ~o permit construction of a cluL building and auxiliary
facilities, subject to the following conditions:
·
a) Sidewalk and driveway approaches are to be
constructed to the satisfaction of the City
Engineer.
b) Unused driveways are to be closed and drainage
facilities c~ossing the property are to be
relocated. ~
c) Street trees are to be planted as per Master
Street Tree Plan.
d) Architectural' and landscaping plans are to be
submitted to the Architectural Co~Tunittee for
approval.
