1 2 $ 4 5 6 ? 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 RESOLUTION NO. 975 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING PRE- ZONING OF THE PROPERTIES IN THE BROWNING- WALNUT ANNEXATION. The Planning CommissiOn of the City of Tustin, California, does resolve as follows: , 1) The Planning Commission finds and determines: a) That proper prezoning proceedings were duly commenced by the Planning Commission for prezoning the properties described in Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. b)That public hearing was duly called, noticed and held on said prezoning. c) That said properties should be prezoned. 2) The Planning Commission recommends prezoning of the subject properties, effective upon annexation, to the R-1 (Single Family' Residential), R-4 (Multiple Residential), and MHP (Mobilehome Park) zones, as shown on map marked Exhibit B, attached hereto, and incorporated herein by this reference. PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Planning Commission of the City of Tustin, California held on the 13th day of May, 1968. CHAIRMAN OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION SECRE~RY OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION ~'~0. 975 ZC-68-107 BRO~ING AVENUE - WALNUT AVENUE ANNEXATION TO THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA Beginning at an angle point in the existing boundary of the City of Tustin, California as established by the "Red Hill - Walnut Annexation" by Ordinance No. 343, said angle point being the Westerly corner of Lot 46, Block 11 of the Irvine Subdivision, as shown on a map thereof recorded in Book 1, Page- 88 of Miscellaneous Record Maps in the office of the County Recorder of Orange County, California, said point also being the intersection of the centerlines of Red Hill Avenue and Walnut Avenue; thence North 40© 20' 47" East, departing from said City boundary along the Northwesterly line of said Lot 46 and along said centerline of Red Hill Avenue, 990.83 feet to the Westerly corner of Tract No. 5319, as shown on a map thereof recorded in Book'203, Pages 47 and 48, Miscellaneous Maps records of said Orange County; ' thence.South 49o 40' 54" East along the Southwesterly line of said Tract No. 5319, a distance of 660.00 feet to the Southerly corner of said Tract No. 5319 and to a point on the Northwesterly line of Tract No. 5378, as shown on a map thereof recorded in Book 195, Pages 9 to 17 inclusive, Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange County; thence South 40o 19' 31" West along said Northwesterly line 330.38 feet to' the Westerly corner of said Tract No~ 5378; thence South 49© 40' 58" East along the Southwesterl~ line' of said Tract No. 5378, a distance of 990.97 feet, to the Southerly corner of said Tract No. 5378; thence North 40° 17' 44" East along the Southeasterly line of said Tract No. 53'78, a distance of 660.19 feet, to the Easterly corner of said Tract No. 5378 and to a point on the Northeasterly line of Lot 45, Block 11 of said Irvine Subdivision, said North- easterly line also being the centerline of Mitchell Avenue; thence South 49o'40' 18" East along said Northeasterly line of Lot 45, a distance of 990.53 feet, to the Easterly corner of said Lot 45 and to the Westerly corner of Lot 37, Block 45 of said Irvine Subdivision, thence North 39© 56' 00" East along the Northwesterly line of said Lot 37, said Northwesterly line also being the centerline of Browning Avenue, 1,257 feet, more or less, to a point on the Southwesterly line of the land described in deed to the State of California, recorded in Book 4072, Page 65, Official Records of said Orange County and to a point South 39© 56' 00" West 63.02 feet from the Northerly corner of said Lot 37; thence South 47° 31' 53" East along said Southwesterly line 655.87 feet to the Northwesterly right of way line of that certain Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway Company easement, 60.00 feet wide, as described in the deed recorded August 29 1914, in Book 258 Page 383 of Deeds, records of said ~r~ ~ .... ~...' , thence South 39© 56' 00" West along said Northwesterly right of way line 2,548 feet, more or less, to a point on the Southwesterly line of Lot 44, Block 45 of said Irvine Sub- division and to an angle point in the existing boundary of the~City of Tustin as established by said "Red Hill - Walnut Annexation"; thence North 49© 41' 38" West along the Southwesterly lines of Lot 44, Block 45 and Lots 45 and 46, Block 11 of said Irvine Subdivision and along said existing boundary, 3,300 feet, · more or less, to the point of beginning. · -6000 -3300 .z~ ~ - z~O00 · · I' I _ I BROWNING · ., ,.. · · . · · : EXHIBIT "B" -,. · .STATE OF CALIFORNIA ) COUN'£Y OF O~LANGE ) SS CI~f OF TUSTIN ) Jo Ann Turner., the undersigned, hereby certifies that she is the Secretary of· the Planning Commission of the City of Tustin, California; that the foregoing resolution was duly passed and adopted at a regular meeting of' the Planning Co~mnis, si0n, held on the 13th day of May . _, 1968.
