HomeMy WebLinkAboutPC RES 967RESOLUTION NO. 967 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT ON APPLICATION NO. U.P. 68-258 OF BIG BROTHERS OF ORANGE COUNTY. The Planning Commission of the City of Tustin, California, does resolve as follows: 1) The Planning Commission finds and determines: a) That a proper application (No. U.P. 68-258) was filed by Big Brothers of Orange County for a Conditional Use Permit to permit use of an existing structure as an office for the Big Brothers of.Orange County. b) That a public hearing was duly called, noticed and held by the Planning Commission on said application. c) That said proposed use would not be detrimental to adjacent properties or uses and should be granted. 2) A Conditional Use Permit as applied for is granted to permit use of an existing structure as an office for the Big Brothers of Orange · County, subject to the following conditions: a) That off-street parking be provided at a ratio of one space per 300 sq. ft. of gross floor area. b) The 15 ft. wide street improvement and dedication must be approved by the City Engineer, including construction of curb, sidewalk, paving drive and approach, or that an agreement with bond be made to approval of City Engineer and City Attorney. c) Street trees are to be planted as per the Master Tree Plan. d) That the yard be fenced on the Northwest corner of the property. e) The proposed use applied for will not under the circum- stances of the particular case, be detrimental to the health, safety, morals, comfort and general welfare of the persons residing or working in the neighborhood. f) As additional grounds, the minutes and evidence introduced at the hearing are included by reference and made a part of the motion.
