REZONING OF PROPERTY OF STUTSMAN ON APPLICATION

REZONiNG OF PROPERTY OF STUTS~ ON APPLICATION
NO. ZC. 68-169.
The Planning commission of the City of Tustin does
hereby resolve as follows:
,
1) The Planning Commission finds and determines as
follows:
a) That a proper application (No. ZC 68-].69) was
filed on behalf of Stutsman for rezoning to
the R-3 (1750) (Multiple Residential,, 1750
square feet per living unit) of the property ..
described in Exhibit A attached hereto.
b) That a public hearing was duly Called, noticed
and held on said application.
c) That said property should'be rezoned.
2) The Planning Conunission hereby recommends that said
property be rezoned to the R-3 (1750) zone.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the PlaDning
Commission of the City of Tustin, California, held on the 8th day of April, 1968
