U.P. 68-253 OF SKY SLIDES .Tile PLANNING CO:~IISSION .OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CAI,!PORNIA, GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PEP~,~IT ON APPLICATION NO. U.P. 68-253 OF SKY SLIDES. The Planning Commission of the City of Tustin, California,' does resolve as follows: 1. The Planning Commission finds and determines as follows: a) That a proper application (No. U.P. 68-253) was filed on behalf of Sky Slides to permit height in excess of 35 feet on th~ property described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto. b) That a public hearing was duly called, noticed and held on said application. c) That said proposed increase in height would not be detrimental to the health, safety, morals, comfort or general of the persons residing or working in the neighborhood of the proposed use and it will not be injurious or detrimental to the property and improvements in the neighborhood or the general welfare of the city. d) The application should be granted. 2. A Conditional Use Permit, as applied for, is hereby granted to permit a height in excess of 35 feet, provided that the cubical contents of the buildings do not exceed an area equal to the area of the site upon which it is to be constructed, multiplied by the factor 5. PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Planning Commission of the City of Tustin, California, held on the 11th day of March, 1968.
