HomeMy WebLinkAboutPC RES 952 4 5 ? 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 2O 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 29 30 31 32 RESOLUTION NO. 952 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING ZONE CHANGE ON APPLICATION ZC 68-167 OF CHRISTESON The Planning Commission of the City of Tustin, California does resolve as follows: l) The Planning Commission finds and determines as foIlows: a) That a proper application (ZC 68-167) for zone change was filed by CHRISTESON to rezone from the 100-C-l- P-lO,000 (Retail Commercial) Zone to %he'~R-3." (Multiple Residential) Zone, the property described in Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated by this reference. b) A public hearing was duly called, noticed and held on said application; c) That said property should be rezoned. 2) The Planning Commission recommends to the City Council the rezoning of the subject property from the IO0-C-1-P-10,000 (Retail Commercial) Zone, to the R-3-1750 (Multiple Residential, 1750 square feet per unit) Zone. PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Planning Commission of the City of Tustin, California, held on the 26th day of February , 1968. SECRE.
