A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, GRANTING A
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT ON APPLICATION NO.
U.P. 67-244 OF JACK-IN-THE BOX.

U.P. 67-2,1.~: OF JACK-IN-TI~-BOX.
The Planning Con~'ission of the City of Tustin,
California, does resolve as follows:
1. The Planning Commission finds and determines
as follows:
a) That a proper application (l~o. U.P. 67-244)
was ~i!ed on behal~ o~ Jack-in-the-Box £or
a conditional use permit to permit a drive-in
restaurant in the C-2 district on property
described in Exhibit A attached hereto.
b) That a public hearing was duly called, noticed
and held on said application.
c) 'That said use would not be detrimental to
., adjacent properties, nor to the general
plan of the City of Tustin and should be
granted.
2. The Conditional Use Permit as applied for is hereby
granted to permit a drive-in restaurant subject to the following
· conditions:
a) That plans of building elevations, plot plan
and landscaping be reviewed by the Architectural
-~ Com~,~ittee.
b) %%at street improvements be. installed to the
satisfaction of the City Engineer.
c) That street trees be installed per the Master''
Street Tree Plan.
PASSED AND k~OPTED at a regular meeting of the Planning
Conunission o~ the City of Tustin, California, held on the 11th
