RESOLUTION NO. 944
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, GRANTING A
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT ON APPLICATION NO.
U.P. 67-243 OF SPROUL
The Planning Commission of the City of Tustin, Californi~
does resolve as .follows:
1. The Planning Commission finds and determines
as follows:
a)
That a proper application (No. U.P. 67-243)
was filed on behalf of Sproul [or a condi-
tional use permit to permit a small lot single
family subdivision of 90 lots on t)~e property
described on Exhibit A attaChed hereto.

That a public hearing was duly called, noticed
and held on said application.
That said conditional use permit would not be
detrimenta~ to adjacent properties or uses,
nor to the.plan of the City of Tustin and should
be granted.
2. The Conditional Use Permit as applied for is hereby
granted subject to the following conditions:

That plans meet the approval of the Fire
Department.
That all street improvements be installed
to the satisfaction of the City Engineer.
That appropriate subdivision maps be filed
with the City.
That the plans for the 'recreational area and
building be submitted to the Architectural
Comraittee for review.
e) That plans for the perimeter wall and land-
scaping' .be submitted to the Architectural
Committee for review.
f) That street trees be installed in accordance
with the Master Street Tree ~Plan.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Plannzng
Commission of the City of Tustin, California, held on the 11th day of December, 1967

In the Rancho Santiago De Santa Ana, the East 10 acres of the

Commencing at the Northwest corner of Lot I of the Statf0rd
and Tustin Tract, as per Map recorded in Book 2, Page 618 of
Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County, and running thence
South 67.25 rods to the land formerly owned by Ed Abbot; thence
East 48 rods; thence North 67.25' rods; and thence West to the'
place of beginning, containing 20.16 acres more or less. Except
that portion deeded, to the Orange County Flood Control .District
recorded 5/3/67 in Book 8242, Page 184 of Official Records.
