RESOLUTION NO. 941 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, .CALIFORNIA, GRANTING A VARIANCE ON APPLICATION .NO. V 68-203 OF MULLIN The Planning Commission of the City of Tustin, California, does resolve as follows: 1. The Planning cormnission finds and determines: a) That a proper application (No. V 68-203) was filed on behalf of MULLIN, to permit a pole sign on property which is a part of a commercial complex, which said property is described in Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. b) That a public hearing was duly called, no'ticed and held on said application. c) That the subject property is subject to exceptional circumstances which make the restrictions of the zone in which the property is located more restrictive than they are on other properties in the same zone and area. d) That the proposed variance would not be detrimental to adjoining properties or uses, and should be granted. 2. -A variance is hereby granted, as applied for, to Permit a pole sign on the subject property, subject to conformance with all provisions of the Sign Ordinance. SECRETAR:OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION EXHIBIT A That portion of the land allotted to Teodocia Yorba in Decree of Partition of the Rancho Santiago de Santa Aha, rendered in'Case No. 1192 and entered September 12, 1868 in book "B" page 410 of Judgements of the l?th Judicial District Court of California, in the ~ity of Tustin, County of Orange, ~tate of California, described as follows: Beginning at the Southeast corner of said land allotted to Teodocia Yorba, said corner being the intersection of the centerlines of First Street and Prospect Aven~e, as shown on a map of Tract No. 1461, recorded in book 43 page 39 of Miscellaneous Maps, in lthe office of the county recorder of said county; themce North 0o 14' 10" West 190.00 feet along the centerline of said Prospect Avenue to the easterly prolongation of the southenly line of lot 1 of said Tract No. 1461; thence South 89° 46' 30" West 430.13 feet along said easterly prolongation and along said southerly line and its westerly prolongation to the northerly prolongation of the westerly line of "D" Street, as per said Tract No. 1461; thence South 0° o?' 30" East 190.00 feet along said northerly prolongation to the centerline of said First Street; thence North 89© 46' 30" East 430.44 feet to the point of beginning. EXCEPT the ~ast 327.00 feet thereof
