RESOLUTION NO. 938
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, GRANTING A CONDITIONAL
USE PERMIT ON APPLICATION NO. U.P.68-250 OF MULLIN
The Planning Commission of the City of Tustin, Californi~
does resolve as followS:
1. 'The Planning Commission.finds and determines: i.
·
a) That a proper application (No. U.P. 68-250), was
filed on behalf o£ MULLIN, for a Conditional Use
permit, to permit a coin-operated car-wash on the~
property described in Exhibit A attached hereto and
incorporated herein by this reference.
b) That a public hearing was duly called, noticed anm
held on said application° t '
c) That said proposed use would not be detrimental.to
adjoining properties or uses, and should be granted.
d) That t~e establishment, maintenance and operation 'of
the use applied for will not, under the circumstances
of the particular use, be detrimental to the health,
safetymorals, comfort and general welfare of thei
persons residing or working in the neighborhood
of the proposed use. It will not be injurious or !
detrimental to the property or improvements in tag
neighborhood or the general welfare of the City.
2. The Planning Comraission hereby grants a Conditional
Use Permit, as applied for,. to permit a coin-operated car-wash on
the subject property, subject to the following conditions:
a) That a Parcel Map be filed separating the subject
property from parcel to the east including a com-
mon driveway easement.
b) That architectural plans be submitted to the Archi-
tectural Committe, and that the Architectural Com-
mittee be particularly directed to the landscaping
on the front portion of the property.

d) That lights on the property be oriented away fro~
the residential properties to the north.
e) That business hours 'be limited to between 6:00 a.a.,
and 10:00 p.m. .

Co~mission, held on the 12th day of February 1968.
