HomeMy WebLinkAboutPC RES 937RESOULTION NO. 937 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT ON APPLICATION NO. UP-68-246, OF ATLANTIC RICHFIELD The Planning Commission of the City of Tustin, California, hereby resolves as follows: 1. The Planning Commission finds and determines: a) That a proper application (Noo UP-68-246) was filed on behalf of ATLANTIC RICHFIELD, to permit a pole sign in the required setback area on property de- scribed in Exhibit "A" attached hereto. b) That a public hearing was duly called, noticed and held on said application. c) That said proposed use would not be detrimental to adjacent properties, uses, or. the general plan the City of Tustin, and should be granted. Conditional Use Permit, as applied for is hereby granted · to permit a pole sign in the.required setback area of the ~-subJect property, sub- ject to the following conditions: a) The existing non-conforming roof sign is removed. b) That landscaping be installed at the subject location similar to that shown on the Service Station Site Development Guide and approved by the Planning Director prior to connection of electricity to the proposed sign. PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Planning Commission of the City of Tustin, California, held on the 8th day of January, 1968. Records, in the office of the county recorder of Los Angeles County, California, described as follows: Beginning at the center line intersection of First Street and "H" Street as shown on said map; thence South 175.00 feet along said center line of "H" Street; thence West 158.00 feet parallel with said center line of First Street; thence North 175.00 feet p,arallel with said center line of "H" Street to said center line of First Street; thence East 158.00 feet to the point of beginning. together with all buildings, fixed improvements, undergromnd tanks amd situated thereon and heretofore conveyed to Lessor .by Lessee.
