ZC 67-102 OF CLARK ' = Cali- The Planning Commission of the City of Ru.~tt~, fornia, does resolve as follows: 1. The Planning CommiSsion finds and determines as follows: a) That a proper application (No. ZC 67-162) was duly filed on behalf of CLARK for a change of zone from the C-l, (Retail Commercial) to the R_3 (Multiple Family) District, of the property fronting 286 feet on the east side of Williams Street, approximately 502 feet north of the cen- terline of McFadden Avenue. b) That a public hearing was duly called, noticed and held on said application. c) That said property should be rezoned. 2. The Planning Commission recommends said property be rezoned from the C-1 (Retail Commercial) District to the (Multiple Family) District.
