A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING ADOPTION
OF AN AMENDMENT TO THE SIGN ORDINANCE RELATIVE
TO SIGNS IN PLANNED COMMUNITY DISTRICTS.
The Planning Commission of the City of Tustin, Cali-
fornia, does hereby resolve that 8n ordinanCe in the foma attached
hereto marked "Exhibit A" is recommended for adoption

PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Planning
Commission of the City of Tustin, California, held on the 9th day

Ordinance No.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN CALIFORNIA, ~MENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 305, SIGN ORDINANCE, AS AMENDED, RELATING
TO SIGNS IN PLANNED COMMUNITY DISTRICTS.
The City Council of the City of Tustin does ordain as follows:
Section 1. Ordinance No. 305, as amended, is hereby amended by the
addition thereto of the following:
Section 37.50 Planned Community Districts
37.51 Unless otherwise specified in the approved plans for a Planned
Community District, as provided in Ordinance No. 157, Zoning
Ordinance, all regulations herein shall apply to all develop-
ments in said District.
37.52 In Planned Community Districts where no special sign regulations
have been established, specific regulations shall be determined
by comparison with use designations as set forth in Sections
34.00, 35.00, 36.00 and 37.00
