HUSTON, CITY MANAGER I ib FROM: OFFICE OF THE CITY CLERK SUBJECT: ORDINANCE NO. 1181, PAINTING OF EXTERIOR MATERIALS USED TO SECURE OPENINGS WITHIN BUILDINGS SUMMARY: Ordinance No. 1181, proposed amendment to Tustin City Code Section 5502, will require that devices used to secure openings on vacant and unsecured occupied buildings be painted to match the existing buildings on elevations visible from the public right-of-way. RECOMMENDATION: Have second reading by title only and adoption of Ordinance No. 1181 (roll call vote).
