RESOLUTION NO. 905
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA GRANTING A
VARIANCE ON APP. NO. V. 67-191 OF DE IORIO.
The Planning Commission of the City of Tustin, Cali-
fornia does resolve as follows:
1. The Planning Commission finds and determines as
follows:
a) that a proper app. (No. V. 67-191) was filed
on behalf of De Iorio to permit garages facing
a side lot line with a five foot setback on the
property described as the Southwest corner of
Second and H Streets, Tustin;
b) that a public hearing was duly called,
noticed and held on said application;
c) that said variance would not constitute
~ grant of special privilege;
d) that the subject property is more restricted
by reason of special geographic conditiohs than
other properties in the same vicinity and zone;
e) that such application of the ordinance
would deprive the subject property of privileges
enjoyed by other properties in the sane vicinity
and zone;
f) that said variance should be grant, ed.
2. That a variance as applied for, is hereby granted
to permit garages facing a side lot line with a five foot setback.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Planning
Comr, L~sion of the city of Tustin, California, held on the 24th
