A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING
PREZONING ON APP. NO. Z.C. 67-158 OF HATCH
The Planning Commission of the City of Tustin, California,
doe
does resolve as follows:
1. The Planning Commission finds and determines as follows:
a) that a proper app. (No. Z,C. 67-158) was filed on
behalf of Hatch for prezoning and rezoning of the prop-
erty fronting for 506 feet on the west side of Pasadena
Avenue, .approximately 319 feet south of the centerline
of McFadden Avenue;
b) that the Planning Commission called, noticed and
held a public hearing on said application;
c) the proposed rezoning would conform to the Tustin
Area General Plan.
2. The Planning Commission recommends that of the above-
described property that Assessors Parcel No. 14-291-06 be prezoned
to the R-3 zone.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Planning
Commission of the City of Tustin, California, held.-on the 24th day
of July, 1967.
