A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING
REZONING ON APP. NO. Z.C. 67-158 OF HATCH
The Planning Commission of the City of Tustin, California
does resolve as follows:
1. The Planning Commission finds and determines as
follows:
a) that a proper app. (NOo ZoC. 67-158) was
filed on behalf of Hatch for rezoning and pre-
zoning of the property fronting for 506 feet on
the west side of Pasadena Avenue, approximately
319 feet south of the centerline of McFadden
Avenue;
b) that the Planning Commission called, noticed
and held a public hearing on said application;
c) the proposed rezoning would conform to the
Tustin Area General Plan.
2. The Planning Commission recommends that of the above-
described property that Assessors Parcel No. 14-291-03 be rezoned to
the R-3 zone. ,
PASSED AND ADOPTED at'a regula~ meeting of the Planning
Co~nission of the City of Tustin, California, held on the ~4th day of
july, 1967.
