RESOLUTION NO. 895
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA,
RECOMMENDING REZONING ON APPLICATION NO.
Z.C. 67-156 OF GREENWOOD
The Planning Commission of the City of Tustin, Call-
f ornia, does resolve as follows:
1) The Planning Commission finds and determines as
follows:
a) That a proper application (No. Z.C. 67-156)
was filed on behalf of GREENWOOD for rezoning of
property described as 375 feet fronting on the easterl
side of Pasadena Avenue, aPproximately 450 feet south
of the centerline of McFadden Avenue;
b) That a public hearing was duly called, noticed
and held on said application;
c) That said property should be rezoned, -
The Planning Commission recommends rezoning of
said property to the R-3 Zone.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regula~ meeting of the Plan-
ning Commission of the City of Tustin, held on the 26th day of
June , 1967. .-'
