A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA GRANTING A
VARIANCE ON APP. NO. V. 67-185 OF SOUTHLAND

The Planning CommiSsion of the City of Tustin, Californi~
resolves as follows:
1o The Planning Commission finds and determines as
follows:
a) 'that an appo (No° Vo 67-185) was filed on behalf
of Southland for a variance on the property on the
north side of McFadden Ave., approximately 175 feet
west of the centerline of Tustin Village Way;
b) that a public hearing was duly called, held, and
noticed on said application;
c) that at the public hearing the applicant limited
its application to a request to install its sign in
the setback area;
d) that said proposed installation of a sign would
not be detrimental to adjacent properties 'or uses
and should be granted°
2. A variance is hereby granted to permit construction
of a free-standing sign in the setback area°
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Planning
Commission of the city of Tustin, California, held on the ..12th.
day of June , 1967.
