A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF TUSTIN, GRANTING A CONDITIONAL
USE PERMIT ON APPLICATION NO. UP 67-228
OF FORRESTER
resolve that:

The Planning CommissiOn of the City of Tustin does
1) The Planning Commission finds and determines as
a) That a proper application (No. UP 67-228) for
a use permit was filed on behalf of Forrester for
a conditional use permit to allow the sale and
installation of camper and trailer accessories,
outdoor sale of new and used campers and trailers,
and outdoor repairs and installations on the pro-
perty located at 181 South "D" Street, TustinA Call
fornia, more particularly described as Lots 1~-20,
of Tract 083, as shown on Map recorded in Book 62
at Page 8 , records of Orange County, California.
b) That a hearing was duly set,
on said application.

c) That said proposed activities would not be
detrimental to surrounding properties or uses, and
would not be detrimental to the general plan of
the City of Tustin, and should be granted.
2) A conditional use permit is hereby granted, as
applied for, to permit the sale and installation of camper and
trailer accessories, outdoor sale of new and used campers and
trailers, and outdoor repairs and installations.
