RESOLUTION NO. 882
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, GRANTING A
USE PERMIT ON APPLICATION NO. UP 67-229 OF
LARRY HULL
The Planning Commission of the City of Tustin does
resolve as follows:
1. The Planning Commission hereby finds and determines
as follows:
a) That a proper application (UP 67-229) was filed
on behalf of Larry Hull to establish a non-conform-
ing use of the same or of a more restrictive class-
ification, pursuant to Section 6.1 of the Zoning
Ordinance, on the property at 355 W. First Street,
Tustin, California.
b) That a public hearing was duly called, noticed
and held on said application.
c) That said proposed use is of the same or of a
more restrictive classification as provided in Section
6.1 of the Zoning Ordinance, than the prior non-conforming
use which previously existed on the subject property.
d) That a use permit as hereinafter provided should
be granted.
2. A use permit as applied for is hereby granted, to
permit applicant to use the premises for molding of plastic grapes and
candles, between the hours of 7:00 A.M. and 7:00 P.M., storage of said

products and storage of boats and trailers, subject to the following
conditions:
a) That all manufacturing and storage of manufacturing
materials shall be maintained within enclosed structures
complying with all City Ordinances.
b) That no manufacturing shall be conducted until all
applicable building and safety provisions have been
met, and approved by the Fire Chief and the Building
Director.
c) That outdoor storage of motor and recreational
vehicles shall comply with all provisions of applicable
City Ordinances.
d) That no repair of motor or recreational vehicles
shall be permitted.
e) That all business operations shall be conducted
between the hours of 7:00 A.M. and 7:00 P.M.

f) That the area for storage of motor and re-
creational vehicles shall be covered with an
all-weather surface, prior to such use, and to
the satisfaction of the Building Director.
g) That no hookup of utilities shall be provided
for any of the recreational vehicles.
h) That a six-foot (6') fence shall be provided
along the perimeter of the property to the approval
of the Building Department.
i) That the premises shall be completely cleared
of materials and trash left by previous occupants
and badly rutted areas of the paved surface shall
be reconditioned and existing sagging portions of
the chain-link fence and screening shall be re-
paired.
j) There shall be no storage of a trailer, boat
or motor vehicle closer than 50 feet from the
front fence, or 25 feet from the rear fence.
k) That the Planning Commission review the non-
conforming use in two (2) years to establish that
it will not be detrimental to the health, safety,
morals, comfort and general welfare of the persons
residing or working in the neighborhood of the
proposed use and it will not be injurious or
detrimental to the property and improvements in
the neighborhood or the general welfare of the~City
at this time.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Planning
Commission of the City of Tustin, California, held on the 27th
day.of March , 1967.
