RESOLUTION NO. 879
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING PREZONING AND
APPRDVAL OF DEVELOPMENT PLANS AND STANDARDS ON
APPLICATION NO. PZ 67-104 OF SADDLEBACK MEDICAL
DEVELOPMENT
The Planning Commission of the City of Tustin, California
does resolve as follows:
1. The Planning Commission finds and determines:
a) That a proper application (No. PZ 67-104 was
filed on behalf of SADDLEBACK MEDICAL DEVELOP-
MENT, to prezone to the PC, Planned Community
Zone and approve development plans and standards
of the property on the east side of Newport
Avenue, approximately 300 feet north of Sycamore
Street.
b) That a public hearing was duly called, noticed
and held on said application.
c) That said propertY should be prezoned to the PC,
Planned Community Zone, and the development plans
and standards submitted and approved.
2. The Planning Commission recommends that the subject
property be prezoned PC (Planned Community) District subject to: (1) the
approval of development plans by the Architectural Committee, and (2) that
the suggestions of the Fire Department be complied with, .for the following
reasons:
a) The proposed prezoning conforms to the Tustin Area
Goneral Plan.
b) As additional grounds, the minutes and evidence
introduced at the hearing is included by reference.
and made a part of the motion.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Planning
Commission of the City of Tustin, California, held on the 13th day of
March, 1967.
