RESOLUTION NO. 878
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING ZONE
CHANGE ON APPLICATION NO. ZC 67-152 OF ELIZABETH
LA POINTE
The Planning Commission of the City of Tustin, California,
does resolve as follows:
1. The Planning Commission finds and determines as follows:
a) That a proper application (No. ZC 67-152) for zone
change was filed on behalf of Elizabeth La Pointe
to change the zone of the property at the northwest
corner of Preble Drive and Main Street to C-2.
b) That a public hearing was duly called, noticed and
held on said application.
c) That said property should be changed to the C-2
Zone.
2. The Planning Commission recommends that the subject
property be rezoned to the C-2 Zone, for the following reasons:
1. That the plans conform to the Tustin Area General Plan.
2. That the minutes and evidence introduced at the
hearing are incorporated by reference and made
a part of the motion.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Planning
Commission of the City of Tustin, California, held on the 13th
day of March, 1967.
