V-67-180 OF LEO SUTLIFF. The Planning Commission of the City of Tustin, California, does resolve as follows: 1) The Planning Commission finds and determines: a) That a proper application (No. V-67-180) was filed on behalf of Sutliff to permit a nine-unit apartment on the property at 130 Pacific St., Tustin, California. b) That a public hearing was duly called, noticed and held on said application. c) That said proposed use would not be detrimental to adjoining properties and uses, nor to the general plan of the City of Tustin. d) That the subject property suffers a hardship peculiar to it by reason of special circumstances. e)That a variance as applied for should be granted. 2) A variance is hereby granted to permit development of the subject property with a front lot width of fifty feet (50'), with no other approval hereby given, and subject to approval of the Architectural Committee. PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Planning Commission of the City of Tustin, California, held on the .13th day of March, 1967.
