A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA RECOMMENDING PREZONING
ON APPLICATION OF IRVINE COMPANY, APPROVAL OF
DEVELOPMENT PLANS AND DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS, AND
AMENDMENT OF THE TUSTIN AREA GENERAL PLAN.
The Planning Commission of the City of Tustin, California,
does resolve as follows:
1) The Planning Commission finds and determines:
a) That an application for prezoning was duly
filed on behalf of the Irvine Com?any for 189
acres bounded by Red Hill, Walnut, Navy Way
and the A.T. and S.F. Spur Track.
b) That application was duly filed for amendment
of the Tustin Area General Plan by the aforesaid
applicant for the above-described area.
c) That application was duly filed for approval of
development plans and development standards by the
aforesaid applicant for the above-described property.
d) That a public hearing was duly called, noticed
and held on said applications.
e) That said applications should be approved, the
property prezoned, the development plans and develop-
ment standards approved and the Tustin Area General
Plan amended.
2) The Planning Commission recommends to the City Council:
a) That the subject property be prezoned to the PC
(Planned Community) District.
b) That the development plans and development
standards be approved.
c). That the Tustin Area General Plan be amended
to designate the subject property as medium-high
density residential.
PASSED. AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Plann{n§-P~
Commission of the City of Tustin, California, held on the 13th day of
February, 1967.
