RESOLUTION NO. 873
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF TUSTIN, RECOMMENDING AMENDMENT OF THE
ZONING ORDINANCE RELATIVE TO SERVICE STATION
SITE STANDARDS
The Planning Commission of the City of Tustin, California
does resolve as follows:
That after public hearing dully' called, noticed and held,
the Planning Commission recommends to the City Council adoption of
an Ordinance amending the Zoning Ordinance relative to service
station standards, a copy of which said proposed ordinance is
attached hereto and marked "Exhibit A".
PASSED. AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Planning
Commission held on the 23rd day of January 1967.

The City Council of the City.of Tustin, California,
does ordain as follows:
1. The City Council finds and determines as follows:
a) That proper amendment proceedings were duly
initiated;
b) That the Planning Commission, after public
hearing duly called, noticed and held, recom-
mended adoption of said amendment;

c) That the City Council duly called, noticed
and held a public hearing on said amendment;
d) That said amendment should 'be adopted.
Section 4.7 of the Zoning Ordinance, No. 157, as
amended, is hereby mmended to read as follows:
