RESOLUTION N0. 861
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION GRANTING
A VARIANCE ON APPLICATION NO. V-66-175 OF WEST.
The Planning Commission does resolve as follows:.
1. The Planning Commission finds and determines as
foXXo~s:
a. That a proper application (No. V-66-175) was fiXe,
on behalf of West for a variance to permit a
of off-street parking on property on easterly side of
D Street, approximately one hundred feet north of
M&in Street.
b'~ ~'" ~ That~'a ~' public, hearing WaS?dul¥'Lcalled ;:~ noticed
and held on said application.
c. That said property is by reason of its peculiar
geographical characteristics;:adversely affected and
more stringently restricted than other properties
in the same zone and area.
d. That the proposed variance would not adversely
affect adjacent properties or uses and should be
granted..
2. A variance, as appXied for, is hereby granted to
permit a reduction of required off-street parking to one (1)
space.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Planning
Commission of the City of Tustin, California, heXd on the 26th day
of September 1966
