RESOLUTION NO 859
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, GRANTING A CON-
DITIONAL USE PERMIT ON APPLICATION NO. U. P.
66-221 OF BONNER.
The Planning commission of the City of Tustin, California
does resolve as follows:
1)
The Planning Commission finds and determines:
?
a) That a proper application (No. U. P. 66-221)
was filed on behalf of Bonnet to permit an off-
site directional sign on the property at the
northwest corner of 17th and Yorba Streets.
b) That a public hearing was duly called, noticed
and held on said application.
c) That said proposed use would not be detrimental t~
adjacent properties or uses, nor to the general plan
of the City of Tustin, and should be granted.
2) COnditional Use Permit is hereby granted, as applied
for, to permit an off-site directional sign on the subject property
subject to the following conditions=
a) That the permit is for a one year duration, and
any renewal shall be granted only by the Planning
Commission.
b) That sign copy be limited to directional inform-
ation.
c) That the sign comply with Sign Ordinance No. 183.
d) That the applicant shall remove the sign upon
expiration of the permit at no expense to any public
agency.
e) The applicant shall post a one hundred dollar
($100) bond guaranteeing removal of said sign.
f) That a Building Permit be obtained for the con-
struction of the sign.
g) That the location of the sign shall be as shown
on the plot plan submitted with the application.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Planning
Commission, held on the 22nd day of August, 1966
