The Planning Commission of the City of Tustin, California does resolve as follows.. The City Council of the City of Tustin, California does ordain as fOllows: i The existing provisions of Section 15-7 of~the Tustin City Code are. hereby numbered as sub-section 1). I · Section 15-7 of the Tustin City Code is hereby~amended by the addition thereto of sub-section 2) to read as follows: 2) It shall be unlawful for any person toimake, continue, cause, or allow to be made or continued, on private property, within one hundred feet (100') of any residential, zone, any of the following, activities between the hours of ~9:30 P.M. 1 '2 4 5 6 ? 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 115 and 6:00 A.M. 16 17 18 19 20 21 23 26 27 29 30.
