RESOLUTION NO. 851
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA RECOMMENDING AMEND-
MENT TO THE TUSTIN CITY CODE PROHIBITING HEAVY
ACTIVITIES ADJACENT TO RESIDENTIAL ZONES.
The Planning Commission of the City of Tustin, California
does resolve as follows..
After public hearing duly called, noticed and held, the
Planning Commission recommends amendment of the Tustin City Code
by ordinance, a copy of which is hereto marked Exhibit A.
10 PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Planning
11 Commission of the City of Tustin, held on the 11th day of July, 1966

ORDINANCE NO. 320
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY. OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA
AMENDING SECTION 15-7 OF THE TUSTIN CITY CODE
PROHIBITING HEAVY ACTIVITIES ADJACENT TO RES-
IDENTIAL ZONES.
The City Council of the City of Tustin, California does
ordain as fOllows: i
The existing provisions of Section 15-7 of~the Tustin
City Code are. hereby numbered as sub-section 1). I
·
Section 15-7 of the Tustin City Code is hereby~amended
by the addition thereto of sub-section 2) to read as follows:
2) It shall be unlawful for any person toimake,
continue, cause, or allow to be made or continued, on private
property, within one hundred feet (100') of any residential, zone,
any of the following, activities between the hours of ~9:30 P.M.

a) Heavy industrial activity;
b) Heavy manufacturing activity;

lubrication, painting, alterations, repair,
cleaning or engine operations.
