RESOLUTION NO. 848
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF TUSTIN, RECOMMENDING ADOPTION OF AN AMENDMENT TO
THE TUSTIN CITY CODE TO PROVIDE FOR NOTICE FOR
HEARINGS FOR APPROVAL OF TENTATIVE TRACT MAPS.
The Planning Commission of the City of Tustin, California
does resolve as follows:
The Planning Commission recommended to the City Council
the adoption of the ordinance amending the Tustin City Code relative
to giving notice of hearings for approval of tentative tract maps,
a copy of which ordinance is attached hereto.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Planning
Commission of the City of Tustin, held on the 13th day of June, 1966

The City Council of the City of Tustin, California, do~$
ordain as follows:
That Subsection (a) of Section 18-13 of the Tustin City
Code, is hereby amended to read as follows:
(a) The Planning Commission, in public hearing, and
after written notice of the time and place of said hearing, includ-
ing a general e.~:p!anation of the matter to be considered, and a
general description of the area affected, shall have been given at
least ten calendar days before the said hearing to the owners of
all real property located within 300 feet of the proposed suD-
division, as they are shown and at the addresses as shown on the
last equalized ass-essment roll, Shall determine whether the tent~-
rive map is in conformity with the provisions of law and of this
Chapter, and upon t2uat basis, within thirty (30) days after th~
filing of a tentative map, approve, conditionally approve, or dis-
approve the same, and shall report such action directly to the sub-
divider, and shall also transmit to the City Engineer a copy of the
tentative map an~ a memorandum setting forth the action of the Com-
mission thereon.
