The Planning Commission finds and determines as follows: a) That a proper application was filed for pre- zoning of the property described as the property on the easterly side of Pasadena Avenue, 940 northerly of McFadden Avenue. b) That a public hearing was duly called, noticed and held. c) That said property should be rezoned to R-2 zone. 2. It is recommended that said property be rezoned to the R-2 zone.
