RESOLUTION NO. 846
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING PRE-
ZONING TO THE R-3 DISTRICT OF PROPERTY OF
THONER
The Planning Commission of the City of Tustin, California,
doos resolve as follows:
1. The Planning Commission finds and determines as
follows:
a) That a proper application was filed for pre-
zoning of the property described as the property
on the easterly side of Pasadena Avenue, 940
northerly of McFadden Avenue.
b) That a public hearing was duly called, noticed
and held.
c) That said property should be rezoned to R-2 zone.
2. It is recommended that said property be rezoned to
the R-2 zone.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the 'Planning
Commission of the City of Tustin, California, held on the 13th day of June, 1966
