A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, FINDING AND DETERMIN-
ING THAT USE OF PREMISES AT 355 W. FIRST STREET
IS NOT A CONTINUATION OF A PRIOR NON-CONFORMING USE.
The Planning Commission of the City of Tustin, California
resolves as follows:
7 The Planning Commission finds and determines:
8 a) That a Public hearing was duly called, noticed and
9 held in order to make a determination as to whether the present use
10 being made by the firm of Lang & Green on the premises at 355 W.
First Street, Tustin, California, is a continuation of a prior non-
1;2 conforming use or is a change of use.
b) That' bas.ed upon the facts and the evidence presented
14 in said public hearing, the present use being made of the said
15 premises is a heavier use than the .previous use made of said propert
· 16 which previous use constituted a non-conforming use.

17 PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Planning
18 Commission of the City of Tustin, California, held on .the 13th day
of June, 1966
