RESOLUTION NO. 842 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, GRANTING A VARIANCE ON APPLICATION NO. V 66-171 OF ADOBE The Planning Commission of the City of Tustin, California, does re- solve as follows: l) The Planning Commission finds and determines as follows: a) That a proper Application (No. V 66-171) was filed on behalf of Adobe to permit reduction of rear yard setback, and to permit a five foot high block wall on the property located at Yorba Street and Medford Avenue. b) That a public hearing was duly called, noticed and held on said application. c) That conditions peculiar to the subject property make the re- strictions of the zone in which it is to be more restrictive than on other properties in the same zone. d) That the proposed variance would notbe detrimental to adjacent properties or surrounding uses, nor to the general plan of the City of Tusti~-~ and should be granted. 2) A variance is hereby granted, as applied for to permit reduction of rear .yard set back to ten (lO) feet on Lot 16 and to five (5)' feet on Lot 5, and to permit a fivefoot high block wall on Lot 16, subject to approval of the design of the wall by the Architectural Committee. ~ PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Planning Commission of '+' City of Tustin, California, held on the 23rd day of May , 1966.
