STOCKDALE The Planning Cormv~ission of the City of Tustin, California, resolves as follows: Section 1: The Planning Commission finds and determines that a proper application (No. V. 66-169) was filed for a variance to permit a convalescent hospital on the property located at 300 North Myrtle Street, Tustin, California. section 2: The ' ,~ Plan~.~g Commission duly called, noticed and held a public hearing on said application. Section 3: The Planning Commission finds and determines that the proposed use would not be detrimental to adjacent pro- perties, adjoining uses, nor to the general plan of the City, and Uhat the subject property is geographically situated so that the restrictions of the zone it is in are more burdensome on it than on other properties in the same zone. Section 4: The variance, as applied for, is hereby granted to permit a convalescent hospital on the subject property, subject to the following conditions l. That plans and elevations for any portion of tlae site development of this property, including building locations, elevations, signs, parking provisions, and landscaping, be reviewed and approved by the Architectural Ccm~littee prior to the issuance of any building permit ~ 2. That full improvement on Ly~ ~le Street be installed and dedicated to the City of Tustin at the Developer's expense. Such improvements are to meet the approval of un~ Public ~crks Director. · 3. That a masonry wail~ per city standards, be con- structed along the Northerly, Easterly, and Southerly building inspection. 7. That the proposed.use be restricted to that area generally ~est of the existing single family residence and this home not be used for hospital purposes. That adequate fire protection be provided for the proposed development. Such protection measures will be subject to the approval of the Firs Department. _ . That maintenance and removal of irrigation facilities shall be subject to approval of the engineering d~partment so as to insure that the irrigation system serving the adjacent property shall be replaced in a usable condition providing access to the weir box.
