HomeMy WebLinkAboutPC RES 8144 5 6 ? 8 9 ~ ].0 3.2 3.4 ' 3.5 3.6 ].8 24 25 26 27 28 £9 30 31 32 CROGKER-ClTIZENI BANK BUILDING RESOLUTION NO. 814 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, GRANTING A VARIANCE ON APPLICATION V 65-165 OF FIRST SOUTHERN BAPTIST CHURCH The Planning Commission of the City of Tustin, Cali- fornia, resolves as follows: 1' The Planning CommissiOn finds and determines as follows a) That a proper application (No. V 65-165) was filed on behalf of FIRST SOUTHERN BAPTIST CHURCH for a variance to permit reduction of required parking spaces and a I10-foot tower on the property at 13841 Red Hill Avenue, Tustin, California; · b) That a public hearing was duly called, noticed and held on said application; c) That the proposed variance would not be detril ' mental to adjacent properties or uses, or to the general plan of the City; d) That said property is, because of special geographical conditions, more adversely restricted and affected by the limitations of the zone in which it is located than are other i prOPerties in the same zone, and hardship is therefore caused thereon. e) That said variance should be granted. 2. That the variance as applied for is granted, to per- mit reduction of required parking spaces to 220, and to permit a tower of 110 feet in height, subject to the conditions that at such time as the Church acquires adjacent property to the west it will ~ be entirely paved, designated and used for parking. ~ PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Planning Commission of the City of Tustin, held on the 27th day of December, 1965 SECRETARY OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION STATE OF CALIFORNIA, ) COUNTY OF ORANGE, ) CITY OF TUSTIN. ) SS.
