HomeMy WebLinkAboutPC RES 813 1 2 :5 4 5 6 7 8 10 ].2 14 15 16 RESOLUTION NO. 813 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO APPLICATION NO. U. P. 65- 204, OF FIRST SOUTHERN BAPTIST CHURCH. The Planning Commission of the City of Tustin, Californi; does resolve as follows: 1. The Planning Commission finds and determines: a) That a proper application (No. 65-204) was filed on behalf of FIRST SOUTHERN BAPTIST CHURCH, to permit development of a church complex on the property located at 13841 Red Hill Avenue; b) That a public hearing was duly called, noticed and held on said application; c) That said proposed development is compatible with adjacent properties and uses and the general plan of the City, and should be granted. 2. A Conditional Use Permit is hereby granted, to per- mit development, as applied for, of a church complex on the subject property, subject to the following conditions: a) That a variance be granted reducing the number off-street parking spaces required; b) That landscaping plans be approved by the Archi- tectural Committee prior to installation; c) That the area designated as possible future parking be utilized for parking in the event that the church should develop this property; d) That any signs proposed for the church property be approved by the Architectural Committee prior to installation; e) That adequate driveways and building clearances be provided for firefighting purposes; f) That the structures comply with Title 19 of the Tustin City Code; Fire Marshal; g) That building plans be approved by the State · system. h) That adequate water be provided for a sprinkling PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Planning Commission of the City of Tustin, held on the 27th day of December , 1965 .
