UP 65-203 OF SUNSET FARMS INC. · The Planning 'Commission of the City of Tustin, Cali- fornia, resolves as follows: 1) The Planning Commission finds and determines that: a) A proper applicatiOn, (no. UP 65-203) was filed on behalf of Sunset to permit a drive-in milk sales establishment on the westerly portion of the real property located at the south- westerly corner of First and' "D" Streets, Tustin, California! b) A public hearing on said application was duly called, noticed and held; c) That said proposed use would not be detrimental to adjacent uses and properties, nor to the general plan of the City of Tustin, and should be granted. 2) The Conditional Use Permit, as applied for, is hereby granted, to permit a drive-in milk sales establishment, subject to the following conditions: a) That the proposed building set back a minimum of 40 feet to insure that at least two cars can line up while in the l process of purchasing products. b) That the driveways be marked clearly by means of white arrows to direct the traffic flow pattern, showing on entrance on First Street, and on exist on "D" Street. c) All signs must conform to the proposed Sign Ordi- nance, and are subject to the review of the Architectural Committee. d) Landscaping plans must be submitted for 'review of the Architectural Committee. e) Existing area in rear portion of service station be either paved or landscaped..
