RESOLUTION NO. 810
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, ADOPTING A
POLICY UPON SERVICE STATION MINIMUM SITE
DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS.
The Planning Commission of the City of Tustin, Cali-
fornia, does resolve as follows:
Section 1: ~ne Planning Commission finds and deter-
mines that it is in the best interests of the City of Tustin and
that it would be harmonious with the general plan of the City that
service station minimum site development standards be made, to guide
the Planning Director and the Planning Department upon future appli-
cations for service station sites in ~he City of '~ustin, California.
Section 2: The proposed Service Station Minimum Site
Development Standards, as amended, are hereby adopted as a policy
standard for the Planning Director and his staff, to be used in con-
nection with future applications for service station sites in the
City of Tustin. A copy of said Service Station Minimum Site Develo~
ment Standards is attached hereto and incorporated herein by refer-
ence.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Plan-
ning Commission of the City of Tustin, California, on the 8th day
of November, 1965.
