B. 65-162 OF SADLEBACK. 09-13-65 ~m~IS ~ION 0F TH'~' CITY ~ TUSTIN, GRA~4TING A VARIANCE ON APPLICATION ~'~ ~ '~' . ~u. ~. 65-162 OF aADDLE~.~CK The Planning Commission of the C~y of Tustin, California, resolves as follows: Section 1: The Piann~ng Commission finds and deter- m~nes as follows: A) That a proper enT~l~cetlon(No. V. 6J-162) was filed on behalf of Saddleb~;~ck to eermit reduction of the front yard setback and number of ~ark~ng spaces on the property at the northeast corner of F~rst and Newport. B) That a public hearing on s~id application w~s duly celled and noticed. C) That s~id?~ro~erty~ is ~~ohics:lly..~.~.~. veculiariy and unisuely situat~d so theft the restrictions of said zone are more burdensome on it than on other property in the s~me zoRe. D) That said proposed variance would not be detri, mental to adjacent property or uses nor to the general of the City of Tustin and should be granted. Section 2: A wriance, as applied for, is hereby granted to permit reduction of the front yard building set- back line to sixty (60) feet from centerline of New~_:ort and reduction of required 'oarking spaces to thirty=eight (38), subject to execution and delivery to the City of an a~reement, satisfactory to the City Attorney,~ to install, two additional parking s~.sces on adjoi~.ing land at the time of its development.
