HomeMy WebLinkAboutPC RES 787 RESOLUTION NO. 787 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, GRANTING A VARIANCE ON APPLICATION NO. V. 65-158 OF FORD. The Planning Commission of the City of Tustln resolves as follows: Section 1: The Planning Commission finds and determines A) That a proper application (No. V. 65-158) was filed by Ford to permit a reduction of parking spaces required to six on the property on the South side of Second Street, approximately 147.5 East of "D" Street: B) That a public hearln~ was duly called, noticed and held on said application; C) That the restrictions of the zone are more restrictive on the subject property because of its shape and slze, than they are on other properties in the same area and zone. D) That the proposed variance would not be detrimental to adjacent properties or uses not to the general welfare of the City amid should be granted. Section 2: The variance, as a~plied for, is hereby granted to permit a reduction of required ~arkin.~ spaces to six (6) spaces, subject to the following conditions: a) That a detailed landscaping plan, with irrigation plan shall be filed for the approval of the Planning Department. b) That detailed elevations shall be submitted for the approval of the Architectural Committee. c) That the parking lot shall be paved and striped according to the standards of the City and shall have bumper blocks installed in each parking space. d) That the alley be improved to City standards e) Thst screenin~ plantings shall be installed to the approval of the Planning Department.
