HomeMy WebLinkAboutPC RES 782RESOLUTION NO. 782 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, GRANTING A VARIANCE ON APPLICATION NO. V. 65-157 OF LEONE. The Planning Commission of the City of Tustin, California, resolves as follows: Section .l~: The Planning Commission finds and determines as follows: A) That a proper application (No. V. 65-157)was filed on behalf of Leone to permit a reduction of parking spaces on the property at 339 "D" Street, Tustin. B) That a public hearing was duly called, noticed and held on said application. C) That circumstances peculiar to the subject property made the limitations of the zone more restrictive on the subject property than on other properties in the zone. D) That the proposed variance would not be detrimental to the subject property, adjacent properties or uses would be compatible with the general plan of the City of Tustin, and should be granted. Section 2: The variance, as applied for, is hereby granted to permit development and use of the property with only one parking space provided, and subject to the following conditions: A) That improvements be made on the proposed. building as shown on the plot plan on file, and shall include landscaping in the frout and remodeling of the store front. B) That the existing pepper tree remain in its present location. C) That one parking space be provided at the rear of the lot as per standards of the Engineering Department of t~e City of Tustin. D) That the rear area of the property be paved with asphalt or graveled with a tree well provided around the existing pepper tree. 2O5 PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Planning Commission of the City of Tustin, California, held on the 14th day of June, 1965.
