APPROVAL OF MINUTES - AUGUST 19, 2002 REGULAR
MEETING
It was moved by Bone, seconded by Kawashima, to
approve the Redevelopment Agency Minutes of August 19,
2002.
Motion carried 4-0, Thomas absent.

CONFLICT OF INTEREST CODE - DESIGNATED
POSITIONS
It was moved by Bone, seconded by Kawashima, to receive
and file the Conflict of Interest Code - Designated Positions.
Motion carried 4-0, Thomas absent.

OTHER BUSINESS
COUNTY FACILITIES AT MCAS, TUSTIN
Councilmember Doyle stated that a recent newspaper article indicated the County was
planning a job center facility on the base and asked staff to comment.
William Huston, City Manager, responded the County would have various facilities
within its 84 acres; the facilities would be compatible; and the property had not been
conveyed by the City.
CLOSED SESSION - None
ADJOURNMENT- Chair Pro Tem Worley adjourned the meeting at 7:50 p.m. The next regular
meeting of the Redevelopment Agency was scheduled for Monday, September 16, 2002, at 7:00
p.m. in the Council Chamber at 300 Centennial Way.
