The Plannin~ Commission of the City of Tustln, California, does resolve as follows: Sectlon 1: The Planning Commission flnds end determines that a proper application (No. Z.C. 6~-1~1) was filed for a zone change on the following described property: All that certain land situated in the State of Callfornia, County of Orange, described as follows: The Northwesterly half of the Northeasterly half of Lot 33 of Plot No. 1 of the Ranchos S~ntla.~o de Sante An~, ~nd San Joaquin, as shown on a Map recorded in Book ~, pa~{e ? of Miscellaneous Naps [~ecords of Los Angeles County, California. ExceptinT therefrom that Dortion !yin~ southwest~ 1 .... ' r y of th~ follow~n~ described line; ~innin~ B~= .~ ~t a polnt in the center llne of Newport Avenue, (formerly "Co.
