The Plannin~ Commission of the City of Tustln,
California, does resolve as follows:
Sectlon 1: The Planning Commission flnds end determines
that a proper application (No. Z.C. 6~-1~1) was filed for a
zone change on the following described property:
All that certain land situated in the State
of Callfornia, County of Orange, described
as follows:
The Northwesterly half of the Northeasterly
half of Lot 33 of Plot No. 1 of the Ranchos
S~ntla.~o de Sante An~, ~nd San Joaquin, as
shown on a Map recorded in Book ~, pa~{e ?
of Miscellaneous Naps [~ecords of Los Angeles
County, California.

adjacent property and uses and is in harmony with the !veneral
plan of the City of Tustin that said property be rezoned as
hereinafter recommended.
Section 4: It is hereby recommended to the City Council
of the City of Tustin that the property described as:
