U.P. 65-188 OF HARBOR HALL. The Planning Commission of the City of Tustin, California, does resolve Ds follows:' Section 1: The Planning Commission finds and determines as follows: A) That a ~ro~er a~Plication (No. U.P. 65-188) was filed on behalf of Harbor Hall for a Conditional Use Permit to ~ermit an outdoor advertizin~ structure on the property at the northwest corner of l?th and Yorba Streets; B) That a public hearinT was duly called, noticed and held on said .application. C) That said proposed sign would not be detrimental to the subject property, adj@cent uses and ad'joining ~ro~erty, and should be granted. Section 2: The Conditional Use Permit, as applied for, is hereby granted to permit one double-faced, 8' x 12' unlighted sign, subject to the following conditions.~ 1. This permit shall extend for a ,veriod of time not to exceed one year from the date of final determination. 2. The sign copy shall be limited to directional information only. 3. The sign shall comply with all requirements of the Tustin Sign Ordinance No. 183. 4. The a~licant oheO 11 remove the sign u~on the expiration of the permit at no expense to any ~ublic agency. ~. The applicant shall post one-hundred dollar ($100.00) bond guaranteeing the removal of ss id sign. 6. A building permit shall be obtained for the erection of the sign. ?. The sign shall be located at a minimum of 6~' from the c~nter line of l?th Street, and ~' from the center line of Yorba Street.
