A RESOLUTON OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA,
GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT ON
APPLICATION NO. U.P. 65-186 OF WHITE.
The Planning Commission resolves as follows:
Section 1: The Planning Commission finds and
determines that an application ( No. U.P. 65-186) was filed
by White to permit a long-term care mental health hospital on the
property described as follows:
16861 and 16862 E. McFadden Avenue, at
Tustin Village Way, being a portion of
Lot L, Stafford and. Tustin Tract, City
of Tustin, County of Orange, State of
California.
Section 2: The Plannin~ Commission finds and determines
that a public hearing was duly called, noticed and held on said
application.
Section 3: The Planning Commission finds and determines
that said proposed use would be in the best interests of
the subject property and would not be detrimental to adjoining
properties and adjacent uses, and would be compatible with
the general plan of the City of Tustin, and should be granted.
Section 4: The Conditional Use Permit, as applied for
is hereby granted to permit a long-term care, mental health
hospital, subject to the following conditions:
1. Landscaping plans and elevations to be apDroved by
Architectural Committee before issuance of building permits.
2. That the parking aisle in the front parking lot be a minimum
of twenty-five feet (25').
3. That the parking lots be paved subject to approval of the
Engineering Department.
4. That the driveway entrance shall have a minimum wldth of
thirty feet (30').
5. That the easterly existing building shall be vacated,
and demolished or removed within ninety (90) days after
use and occupancy of the new structure permitted under
this permit.
Section 6: Applicant shall post s bond in form and
amount satisfactory to the Building Department to insure the
aforesaid removal or demolition.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Planning
Commlssion of the City of Tustln, held on the 23rd day of February,
1965.
