HomeMy WebLinkAboutPC RES 756 RESOLUTION NO. 756 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING APPLICATION NO. U.P. 64-181 OF WALTER J. FREDRIKSEN FOR CONSTRUCTION OF A REST HOME AT 240 E. THIRD STREET. The Planning Commission of the City of Tustin, California, does resolve as follows: Section l: The Planning Commission finds and determines that a proper application (No. U.P. 64-181) was filed on behalf of Walter J. Fredriksen to permit construction of a rest home on the property described as 240 E. Third Street between Prospect Avenue and Preble Drive in the City of Tustin, California. Section 2: The Planning Commission finds ~nd determines that a public hearing was duly called, noticed and held to consider said application. Section 3: The Planning Commission finds and determines that said structure would not be detrimental to the surrounding area or general plan of the City of Tustin, and should be granted. Section 4: Said Conditional Use Permit, as applied for is hereby granted to permit construction of a rest home on the subject property, subject to the following conditions: 1. That the applicant comply with the conditions set forth by the Fire Department, Engineering Department, and Building Department. 2. Prior to the issuance of a building permit, a landscape plan must be submitted to and approved by the Architectural Control Committee, as specified by the Zoning Ordinance. 3- No openings in the building where the building is closer than three (3) feet from the property line. 4. That the openinEs in the buildiug be protected when the building is closer than ten (10) feet from the property line.
