U.P. 64-180 FOR A MILLWORK STRUCTURE ON THE CORNER OF EDINGER AND DEL AM0 AVENUE BY ERNEST FOLLIS. The Planning Commission of the City of Tustln, California, resolves as follows: Sectio.n !: The Planning Commission finds and determines that a proper application (No. U.P. 64-180) was filed on behalf of Ernest Follis to permit a millwork structure to be erected on the property described as follows: LEGAL DESCRIPTION an irregular-shaped parcel of land in the City of Tustin, County of Orange, State of. California, being a portion of Lot 65, Block 10, Irvine's Subdivision as shown on map recorded in Book 1, PaNe 88, Miscellaneous Maps Records of said County, described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the southwesterly line of Edin~er Avenue (80 feet wide) described .~s that certain 4.790~-acre parcel in~deed to County of Orange, recorded in Book 5406, Page 473, Official Records of said County, with the southeasterly line of said Lot 65; Thence South 39°48'47'' West (basis of bearings as per Record of Survey filed in Book 34, Page 17, Records of said County) along said southeasterly line of Lot 65 a distance of 360.00 feet; thence North 35° 02' 38" East 60.21 feet to a point in a line parallel with and distant southwesterly 300.00 feet, measured at right angles from said soutb~westerly line of Edinger Avenue; thence North 50° 10' 50" West along last said parallel line ]61.00 feet to a point in a line parallel with and distant northwesterly 366.00 feet, measured at right angles, from said southeasterly line of Lot 65; thence North 39° 48' 47" East along last said parallel line · '" 84 48' 58" East 28.28 feet 270 00 feet; t~ence North o to a point in a line parallel with and distant south- westerly 10.00 feet, measured at right angles, from said southwesterly line of Edin~er Avenue; thence South 50° 10' 50" East alone last said parallel line 10.00 feet; thence North 39~j 49' 10" East 10.00 feet to a point in said southwesterly line of Ed!nger Avenue; thenc~ South 50© 10' 50" East along said southeasterly line of Edlnger Avenue 336.00 feet to the point of beginning; Said parcel contains an area of 2.4782 acres, more or less. Section 2: The P1.gnning Commission finds ~nd determines that a public hearing was duly called, noticed, and held to consider said applic'~tion. Section 3: The Planning Commission finds and determines that said structure would not be detrimental to the surrounding area of ~eneral plan of the City of Tustin, and should be granted. Section 4: Said Conditional Use Permit, as applied for, is hereby ~ranted to permit a millwork structure on the subject property, subject to the following conditions: 1. Landscaping along Edinger a~d Del Arno as required by the requirements of the Parks and Recreation Commission. 2. That the proposed structure meet all the requirements of the City zoning Ordinance. That the applicant have option of placing landscaping in the existin~ setback or in the proposed setback which will be determined at a future time. That when Edinger Street is widened to the ultimate width, the landscaped araa will be moved southerly onto the subject property if necessary. ~. That all landscaping be maintained.
