HomeMy WebLinkAboutPC RES 749RESOLUTION NO. 749 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION GRANTING A VARIANCE ON APPLICATION NO. V 64-151, OF G. L. A. DEVELOPMENT CO. The Planning Commission of the City of Tustin, California, does resolve as follows: Section 1: The Planning Commission finds and determines that a proper application (No. V 64-151) for variance was filed on behalf of G.L.A. DEVELOPMENT CO., for a variance to permit gerage setback in R-3 zone of fifteen feet from side property line of property located at the northwest corner of Pasadena and Sycamore Street off-ramp. Section 2: A public hearing was duly called, noticed and held on said application on October 26, 1964. Section 3: The Planning Commission finds and determines that special circumstances exist because of the particular size, shaoe and nature of the subject property which make the zone restrictions of the zone in which said property is located more burdensome than upon other property in the same zone, and which cause undue and unusual hardship upon said property; that the proposed use by variance will not be prejudicial or harmful to adjacent properties or to their use; and thet said proposed use by variance will not be detrimental to the City of Tustln, its general plan, or to the intent of the Zoning Ordinance, the public safety, health or welfare. S~ction 4: The variance, as applied for, should be granted, and the same hereby is granted, subject, however, to the following conditions: (l) That the remaining access is kept cleared at all times: (2) The conditions as prescribed by the City Fire Department are ~dhered to. Strict compliance with all other setback re qu i re merit s. (4) A driveway easement be recorded with the Planning Department of the City of Tustin before occupation. PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Planning Commission of the City of Tustin, held on the 26th day of October, 1964.
