The Planning Commission of the City of Tustin,

and unusual hardship upon said property; that the proposed
use by variance will not be prejudicial or harmful to adjacent
properties or to their use; and thet said proposed use by
variance will not be detrimental to the City of Tustln,
its general plan, or to the intent of the Zoning Ordinance,
the public safety, health or welfare.
