Z.C. 64-139 OF RALPHS. 10-13-64 [': PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF TU[i'?IN, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING REZONING TO THE P' D. ZONE ON APPLICATION NO. Z.C. 64-139 OF RALPHS. The Planning Commission of the City of Tustln, California, does resolve as follows~ Section 1: The Planning Commission finds and determines theft a proper application (No. Z.C. 64-139) was filed by Ralphs for change of zone for the Droperty at the northwest corner of l?th Street and Yorba. Section 2: The Planning Commission duly called, noticed and held a public hearing on said ap~lication. Section 3: The ?fanning Commission finds and determines that the hereinafter recommended rezonin~ would be in the best interests of the subject property, adjacent property and uses and the general elan of the City of Tustin. Section 4: A) The pro[:erty described as: The Westerly 65.00 feet of the Easterly 270,00 Ft. of the Northerly 620.00 ft. of the Southerly 670.00 ft. of Lot in Block "B" of the Chapman Tract surveyed by Frank Lecouvreur 102, page 15 of Misc. Maps, Records of Orange County, California. is hereby rezoned to C-I-P 20,000. B) The balance of the application for zone change is denied.
