HomeMy WebLinkAboutPC RES 745RESOLUTION NO. 745 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT ON APPLICATION NO. U.P. 64-178 OF PATRICIAN. The Planning Commission of the City of Tustin, California, resolves as follows: Section l: The Planning Commission finds and determines' that a proper application (Ne. U.P. 64-178) was filed by Patrician for a directional sign on the property on the South side of Fourth Street, ll70 East of Prospect Avenue. Section 2: A public hearing was regularly called, noticed and held, on said application. Section 3: The Planning Commlsslon finds that said proposed sign would not be detrimental to adjacent properties or uses nor to the general plan of the City of Tustin, and should be granted. Section 4: The conditional use permit, as , , applied for, is hereby granted, subject to the following conditions: 1. This permit shall extend for a period of time not to exceed one year from the date of final determination. 2. The sign copy shall be limited to directional information only. 3. The sign shall comply with all requirements of the Tustin Sign Ordinance No. 183. 4. The applicant shall remove the sign upon the expiration of the permit at no expense to any public a~ency. 5. The applicant shall post a one-hundred ($100.00) bond guaranteeing the removal of said sign. 6. A buildinT permit shall be obtained for erection of of the sign. 7. The sign shall be located at a minimum of 65' from the center line of 4th Street. PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Planning Commission, held on the 14th day of September, 1964.
